S M Masfequier Rahman Swapno received the B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) with a major in Artificial Intelligence (AI) from BUBT in 2023. He is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering (ongoing) at DUET, Bangladesh. He is currently a Researcher at the AI & Digital Health Technology Research Lab, The University of Queensland, Australia (July 2024–present). He also serves as the Research Coordinator of the BUBT Research Graduate School, contributing to research development initiatives, coordination of academic activities, and fostering collaborative research environments. He is an expert in machine learning, deep learning, image processing, and digital health. His primary research focus is on medical disease diagnosis, Image classification, detection and segmentation, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of medical diagnosis. His significant contributions have been published in prestigious venues such as IEEE J-BHI, IEEE Access, Nature Scientific Reports, Elsevier RINENG, Elsevier CBIM, Springer NCAA, Wiley AISY, MDPI, as well as international conferences including IEEE ICMI, IEEE ICIIP, IEEE ISCS, IEEE ICIS, IEEE ICEEICT, Springer IntelliSys, and Springer TEHI. He has been honored with the Best Researcher Award 2025 by the BUBT Research Graduate School in recognition of his outstanding research excellence and impactful scientific contributions. He is the recipient of ten Best Paper Awards from renowned conferences such as IEEE ICMI, IEEE ICIIP, Springer IntelliSys 2024, IEEE ISCS, and IEEE ICEEICT, recognizing the impact and excellence of his research. In addition to his research contributions, he actively serves the scientific community as a reviewer for 10 reputed SCI journals, including Nature Scientific Reports, Nature Communication, IEEE J-BHI, IEEE Access, Elsevier RINENG, Elsevier IMU, Springer DAS, Springer DM, Springer Journal of Supercomputing, Springer DAI, and Springer DC.
